ASHCCO Return & Refund Policy

At ASHCCO, we strive to provide high-quality shipping containers and excellent customer service. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which both defective and new, unused products may be returned.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective (new, unused) units, provided the following conditions are met:

Defective or Incorrect Products

Returns are accepted when:

  • The container is damaged in transit

  • The product is defective or not functioning as expected

  • The container delivered is incorrect or does not match agreed specifications

These issues must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery.

New & Unused Products

We also accept returns for containers that are:

  • Brand new

  • Unused

  • Unmodified

  • Still located at the original delivery site

These returns must also be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Containers that have been used, altered, moved, or modified after delivery

  • Custom-built or modified containers (e.g., added doors, paint, insulation, electrical, branding)

  • Special-order or clearance units

  • Containers damaged after delivery due to mishandling or environmental factors

3. Refund Types

After a return request is approved and the container is inspected, the following refund outcomes apply:

Full Refund

Issued when:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong model/unit was delivered

  • Damage occurred during transport

  • A new, unused container is returned in original condition

Partial Refund or Credit

Issued when returns meet eligibility but:

  • Minor wear or damage is present

  • Accessories or documents are missing

  • The container requires minor restoration

No Refund

Issued when:

  • The unit has been used or altered

  • It has been relocated

  • It is damaged after delivery

  • It does not meet the eligibility conditions

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after inspection.

Note: Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable, unless ASHCCO is responsible for the issue.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund

  • After 24 hours: A restocking or processing fee may apply

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

Approved returns must be available for pickup within 7 business days.

6. Additional Terms

  • ASHCCO reserves the right to assess all items before approving refunds.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Customers must ensure safe access for pickup.
